01.21.2013 Armenia. Trough the mountains, trough the dales
On December 28, 2012 by series "Flora and Fauna of
Armenia" the operator of post service "Haypost" presented a set of
2 values with images of a jerboa and a mountain ram - characteristic
inhabitants of the Armenian uplands. The issue is presented in 2 types: each plot is printed separately in mini sheet of 10 values and in type of pair printed in sheetlet of 5 sets.

The fauna of Armenia is rather various and includes rare
species of animals: roe, boar, armeniysky mouflon, bezoarovy goat, Asian
leopard, And Transcaucasian Brown Bear. And also birds: Whooper swan, a black
vulture, the Oystercatcher, the Caucasian black grouse, a woodcock, and the
Armenian silvery seagull. From these representatives of fauna the Armenian mail
already immortalized in the part on post miniatures. But its big half meanwhile
patiently waits the turn to appear on signs of post payment.
