06.17.2013 Azerbaijan-Belarus. One hand washes the other
On June 11, 2013 the President of Republic of Belarus
Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham
Aliyev on the 20 anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between
two countries. "For last years the Belarusian-Azerbaijani relations gained
nature of strategic partnership which becomes every year more and more
substantial and dynamic", - is spoken in congratulation.
On June 11, 2013 within the joint project of post
administrations of Azerbaijan and Belarus the enterprise “Azermarka” introduced
into circulation a postage block devoted to the 20 anniversary of establishment
of diplomatic relations between two Post-Soviet republics. On block are
presented the buildings of the Government House in Baku and in Minsk and the
state symbolics of two republics.
Designers: Khasay Mirzoyev and Yauheniya Biadonik. Printing: offset, multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: frame 13,5. Size
of stamp in block: 28 x 40 mm. Size of block: 100 x 55 mm. Edition: 15.000 copies. The
block is printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated
Printing House A. T. Nepogodin.
