2013 – Year of the Black Water Snake. New Year began on February 10, 2013 and will last till January 31, 2014. The enterprise “Azermarka” headed by the judicious, unpredictable and as the Snake, wise and permanent chef Indigam Bagirly, also joins a festive celebrations. On January 23, 2013 is introduced into post circulation of Azerbaijan a set of 5 values marking Year of the Snake approach. The issue is published in artly sheet of 20 values in which four various plots presented in form of the Chinese hieroglyphs are located on sheet corners and one image, a snake in Azerbaijani, repeats 16 times.
