On January 28, 2013 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue a stamp “Track cycling world championship 2013”.
The design is prepared in collaboration with Belarusian Cycling Federation. There is the logo of Track cycling world championship in Minsk 2013 on stamp.

Designer: Ivan Lukin. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 141/4: 14. Size of stamp: 28x30 mm. Edition: 48.000 copies.
The stamp is printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House A. T.  Nepogodin” in mini sheet of 6 values without decorating margins. Size of sheet: 78,6x114 mm.

From 20 to 24 February 2013 will start in Minsk the Track Cycling world championship. This significant event, which will be first held in the Republic of Belarus. Track cycling is one of the most popular and oldest disciplines of cycling, the most prestigious and spectacular event. About 500 of the world leading racers from more than 50 countries of the world will take part in this competition.
