Kaarel Eenpalu (1888-1042) is the participant of World War I
and the Liberating wars, political and statesman of Estonia. Minister of
Internal Affairs, Prime minister and State elder of the Republic of Estonia. In
1940 he was arrested. Died in camp for prisoners in 1942.
