On August 29 is celebrated the World Day of actions against
nuclear tests. The day before, on August 28, 2013, the Kazakhstan post introduced
into circulation a postage block of 2 values dated for this international
event. On block margins are represented the heads of states - participants of
the Global summits on the nuclear safety which taken place in 2010 in Washington and in 2012 in Seoul. On stamps in
block are represented the Republic of Kazakhstan President N. Nazarbayev, the Russian
Federation President D. Medvedev and the U.S. President B. Obama.
