On July 2, 2013 the Kazakhstan post issued 2 postage blocks of the face values 250 Tenges and 900 Tenges devoted to the 20 anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and foreign countries. On the both blocks margins are presented  the national flags of 94 countries including the republics of the former USSR. On stamps in blocks are represented the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev and the Kazakhstan state symbolics.

The postage block of 900 Tenges is produced with application of technology of a stamping by the metallized foil of golden color. The authenticity Certificate is attached to each block, with information in three languages about stamping application by gold 22 carats.
