On July 5, 2013 the Republic of Kazakhstan post in series
"Memorable and Anniversaries" introduced into circulation a postage
block of 4 values and 2 labels devoted to the Day of Victory in the Great
Patriotic War 1941-45. The Victory Day is a sacred holiday in honor of veterans
of war and all those who brought the world and freedom to people of the Earth
in World War II. On stamps in block are presented the meeting of the war veterans
with the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev, the Eternal flame on the Unknown
soldier Grave and a post number one at a memorial to the Soldier-liberator.

The Day of Victory over the fascist Germany in the Great Patriotic
War is the most esteemed holiday both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the
republics of the CIS. Hundred thousands inhabitants of Kazakhstan battled on the
Great Patriotic War. Many of them didn't come back home. In the back million
Kazakhstan’s citizens forged the Victory. Nobody is forgotten, nothing is
forgotten!
