The Kazakhstan post presented a new issue about the series “Happy Nowruz". On July 5, 2013 is introduced into circulation.a postage block of 4 values devoted to the national holiday Nowryz Meyrama. On stamps in block are represented the state symbols and the Republic President N. Nazarbayev in an environment of the festively dressed Kazakhstan citizens. The block margins are decorated by images of the spring flowers.
