CEPT (abbreviated from English is Conference of European
Post and Telecommunications) - the European conference of administrations of
post and communication services. In 1952 there was an idea of creation of the «joint issue» with uniform motive for issue. And on September 15, 1956 six
European countries published the first EUROPA CEPT stamps. On the same way also
goes other organization - Regional Commonwealth of communication - association
of administrations of communication of the former USSR republics.
In 2012 under the Agreement of Administrations of
communication of member countries of RCC is published the joint post issue
united by uniform subject "National suits" with RCC logo. According to the arrangement between the countries -
participants of Regional commonwealth of communication will publish every year
one postage issue (1 value) with RCC logo. For 2013 the joint issue according
to RCC program is planned for subject "History of national
communication".
This year the postage issues with RSS logo are already presented
by Russia, Tajikistan, Moldova and Belarus. On October 20, 2012 idea to
maintain the partners intends the administration of communication of Kyrgyzstan
by postage issue printed in perforated and imperforated versions in artly mini
sheet of 6 values. Edition of perforated stamp is 6 thousand copies (1 thousand
