doctor of medicine, experimental diabetology founder, native of the Lithuanian
Kaunas city Oscar Minkovsky (1858-1931).
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 9 values with the
commemorative text on margins.

Oscar Minkovsky scientific researches helped to establish
