Within the program of the European association of opost service perators "PostEurop" on April 30, 2013 the Moldova post introduced into circulation a postage issue with the EUROPA logo devoted to post transport. On stamps are represented: the village chaise  of the XVII century up to the top loaded by post correspondence and the Soviet pickup "Moskvich IZH", the type “Pie’ of the 70th years of the XX century.

The issue is printed in 2 types of sheetlets with decorating margins: in 2 mini sheets of 10 values, and also in 2 sheetlets of 4 sets intended for the booklets.

On sheets margins are presented  the various types of delivery of post correspondence. somehow pigeon mail, balloons, dirigible balloons, airplanes, sailing vessels, bicycles, etc.

The information published on the crust for the booklet says: now the Moldavian Republic post is delivered by land transport on main to roads with a general extent of 2 thousand km. and on the rural off road terrain making distance in 15 thousand km.
