The post administration of the Mountainous Karabakh Republic has run into the "Childhood". As the reason have served the exclusive successes of the Armenian schoolboys in sports and music.
At the eighth children's song competition of the Eurovision which has taken place on November, 20th, 2010 in Minsk the winner with song "Mum" there was a representative of Armenia 12-year-old Vladimir Arzumanyan.

In 2011 on the World chess Olympic Games among juniors till 16 years the Armenian chess players have won silver medals. And the silver prize-winner of the European championship among young men Shant Sargossyan became the youngest owner of a rank of the candidate for master of Chess federation for all history of this dear international organization.

The post of Karabakh couldn't ignore similar achievements of youth and in January, 2012 within the limits of the program "EUROPA" has published the postage issue of 2 values printed in 2 mini sheets of 9 sets and in collective sheetlet of 4 sets with labels. On stamps are represented the Armenian child prodigies - pride of republic. The topic "Europa" of 2010 - "Children's books" only has remotely something in common with plots of the Karabakh issue. However, it hasn't caused anxiety authors of stamps. Children and are children even in the Mountainous Karabakh!
