"Once, walking on the wood, Pooh came to a clearing. On
a clearing the high-very high oak grew, and on the top of this oak someone
loudly buzzed: "z-z-z-z-z". Winnie-the-Pooh sat down on a grass
under a tree, clasped the head paws and began to think: "This buzz-z-z-z-z.
with an ulterior motive! In vain anybody won't begin to buzz. The tree can't
buzz. Means, here someone buzzes. And why to you to buzz if you aren't a
bee?" (A. Milne "Winnie-the-Pooh"). According to the scenario of the Alan Milne known fairy tale
in the animated screen version a film studio "Soyuzmultfilm" paced
action next play, staged by writers of the other "magic" organization
PTC "Marka”.
In the preliminary plan of post issues for the December 2012
placed on a specialized website the series of 4 values "Heroes of Domestic
Animated Films", added with information about souvenir prestige booklet
was announced. However, shortly before day of issue the mention of the booklet
from the announcement disappeared. Assumptions of a typographical error,
mistake of the editor, cancellation of issue and other were soon destroyed by
crazy hearings as if the state enterprise "Soyuzmultfilm" as the customer
of postage issue, redeemed all booklet edition. Allegedly, for this reason the
novelty won't be on sale neither mail, nor shop, according to subscriptions, in
any way and anywhere.
The ranking officers of "Soyuzmultfilm" refused to
confirm this information, referring to those three thousand booklets of studio
are absolutely not necessary. Unless 100-200 pieces on gifts to workers to
anniversaries and holidays. From the above the assumption followed that
"baize" about the special order from "Soyuzmultfilm" was
composed by the management of PTC "Marka". Accurately to appropriate
the full circulation of the booklet and at the "exclusive" price to
begin its secret realization. In February the 2013th presentiment found a real
embodiment. The booklet appeared at Internet auctions, and then and at
agents-distributors from capital club. Really, this "z-z-z-z-z" with
an ulterior motive. Mumpish "rarity" received a start in life with
the starting cost of 500 American rubles.
The Booklet-luxe consists of 6 sheets, on five of which
the summary about "the surprising world of fairy tales and
adventures" is printed. One sheet is a postage block of 4 values divided
by frame perforation. On stamps are represented the plots of popular Soviet
animated films "Winnie-the-Pooh", "Maugli", "Kid and
Carlson" and "Vovka-Carrot". On block top margin is submitted a
memorable text "Soyuzmultfilm. Travel to the good world". As far as
invitingly sounds, so the next act of impudent avidity and insidiousness badly
looks from Russian post in relation to the people who have been still carried
away by the Russian philately.
