Annually on November 4 the people of Russia celebrate the
Kazan icon of the Mother God Day – since 2005, this date is celebrated as the National
unity Day. On November 2, 2012 the Russian Federation post introduces into
circulation a postage Block dated for the 400 anniversary to restoration of Unity
of the Russian state. On block are represented Kozma Minin, Dmitry Pozharsky,
Patriarch Germogen, an image of the coat of arms of the 1612-1620th years and
the Kazan icon of the Mother God against an old panorama of the Moscow Kremlin.
