On March, 2nd, 2012 the Russian Federation post issues a set of 3 values devoted to the Higher State Awards of Russia. The issue is printed in mini sheets of 7 values and label with decorating margins.
On stamps are presented the following awards: - Sign and Star of Sacred George Award I degree; - Sign and Award star «For merits before Fatherland» I degrees; - Medal «Gold star». Design: А. Моskovets. Size of stamp: 65х32,5 mm. Edition: 392 000 copies of each stamp.
