On June 17, 2013 the Russian post introduces into
circulation the third issue from series "Modern Art of Russia". The postage
issue of 3 values is published in 3 mini sheets of 6 sets. The works of the
fine arts presented on stamps are executed in traditions of the Russian
classical school of painting.
On postage stamps are reproduced the following picturesque
cloths of the Russian artists: - D. Belyukin "Indian summer. Early morning"
(2003) - A. Lyubavin "Girl and city" (2005) - V. Polotnov "On river Trubezh" (2008)
Design: O. Ivanova. Size of stamps: 37 х 50 mm and 50 х 50 mm. Size of sheetlets: 131 х 120 mm, 170 х 120 mm. Edition: 300 000 copies of each stamp (50 000 copies of sheetlets).
