On April 26, 2013 the Russian Federation post throughout the
series "World Cultural Heritage of Russia" introduces into
circulation a set of 3 values in strip "St. Petersburg historical
center". On stamps are represented the Winter palace, Admiralty, St.Isaac's
Cathedral and the Spit of Vasilevsky Island.
The issue is printed in mini
sheet of 4 sets with decorating margins.
