That fact doesn't demand the proof that the locomotive building in Ukraine came to complete decline and as the competitive branch of industrial production doesn't exist any more. To provide passenger and freight transportation the enterprise "Ukrainian railways" buys the Czech and Korean Skoda and Hyundai locomotives. The domestic locomotives printed on stamps, successfully are sold to the collectors, all the others wait for the turn on scrap metal. At last the turn of the Ukrainian cars came.
