Today, September 1, 2013 there are 217 years to one of the oldest Baltic lighthouses constructed in 1796 in the German port Memel (nowadays the Lithuanian port Klaipeda).
On July 27, 2013 by the Republic of Lithuania post throughout the series "Science and Equipment Monuments" is introduced into circulation a set of 2 values devoted to the Baltic lighthouses: in Klaipeda and in the Venta cape.
The issue is printed in 2 mini sheets of 9 values with decorating margins.

The cape Venta lighthouse was constructed in 1863. It’s located in 30 meters from the sea. Its height makes 11 meters, the signal is visible at distance of 3,5 kilometers. In 1929 professor Tadas Ivanauskas created on lighthouse an ornithological station.
The Klaipeda lighthouse is included on September 1, 1796. It is located in 500 meters from the sea. Height - 44 meters above sea level. The signal is visible at distance of 33 nautical miles.

Today, August 31, 2013, is the last day of the World Cup in Finn class sailing taken place in Estonia. In the opening day of a sailing regatta, on August 23, 2013, the Estonian post issued a postage stamp devoted to one of the major sports events of year.
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 20 values.

In the period from 23 to 31 August, 2013 in Estonia taken place the World championships in Finn class sailing. More than hundred best yachtsmen took part in it. Finn is the oldest sailing class that has been regularly run in the Olympic programme since 1952. The championships is organized by the Estonian Finn Class Association in cooperation with the Estonian Yacht Clubs Association and the Kalev Yacht Club.

The Armenian post represented by the state company "Haypost" ("Armpochta") was transferred to trust management of the Netherlands Company PostFinance for period of 5 years. As a result Armenia has an opportunity to improve quality and to expand number of services. The program of cooperation allows extending mail activity to all territory of Armenia. Now the inhabitants of villages will be able freely to use on an equal basis with urban population.

On August 15, 2013 the post of Armenia according to the EUROPA program introduced into circulation a postage value on subject "The post van". On stamp is presented the motor van transporting post freight. The car with a logo of the state post company "Haypost" is represented against a mountain landscape.

The issue is published in three types of sheets with decorating margins: mini sheet of 10 values, sheetlet of 4 values and sheetlet of 9 values and label. For the stamps entry day are also produced the First Day cover and a special cancellation.

On August 29 is celebrated the World Day of actions against nuclear tests. The day before, on August 28, 2013, the Kazakhstan post introduced into circulation a postage block of 2 values dated for this international event. On block margins are represented the heads of states - participants of the Global summits on the nuclear safety which taken place in 2010 in Washington and in 2012 in Seoul. On stamps in block are represented the Republic of Kazakhstan President N. Nazarbayev, the Russian Federation President D. Medvedev and the U.S. President B. Obama.

On August 23, 2013 within a subject "Beauty and greatness of Ukraine" by the agency "Ukrposhta" are introduced into circulation a postage stamp and block of 4 values devoted to the industrial and scientific capital of the Central Ukraine Dniepropetrovsk city and the Dniepropetrovsk area.
The issue is printed in mini sheet of 12 values with decorating margins. The stamp depicts the Dnieper embankment overlooking the Dnepropetrovsk 28 -storey twin towers of the residential complex "Tower" looks vaguely reminiscent of the destroyed skyscrapers of the World Trade Center in New York.

The national park "Yagorlyk" which this year celebrates the 25 anniversary from the moment of creation, is admitted to structure of the Eurasian union of reserves and brought in the register of the International reserved fund. On August 14, 2013 the Transnistrian post together with the company "Marka Pridnestrovya" held a presentation of the third part of edition devoted to the national nature protection Yagorlyk complex. In circulation arrived a set of 4 values and block on which are represented the following mammals - usual inhabitants of the reserve: badger, hare, caress, fox and hedgehog.
Information on the first and second issues "Reserve Yagorlyk" is submitted on website UkraFil in news of July 21 and on August 3, 2013.

Also on August 14 in addition to "Yagorlyk's Mammals" is issued a collective mini sheet of 12 values united in itself all inhabitants of the national security park: birds, animals and the reptiles presented on stamps from all three series. The issues printed in blocks, didn't get to a collective sheet. The images, face values and other details of the Birds and Reptiles stamps presented in collective sheetlet, completely coincide with the issues published earlier. However, three of four stamps of "Animals" have essential visual difference. On a fox and a badger in a collective sheet face values of stamps and year of the edition are printed in other colours. Possibly, the designers made these changes for the best emotional and visual perception.

So, the Transnistrian saga from three parts, devoted to anniversary of reserve Yagorlyk, proceeding two summer months and including 15 stamps, 3 blocks, 12 mini sheets, 4 collective sheetlets, many First Day covers, cancels and cards for Maxi cards, at last is complete.
