In release of March 2, 2013 web site UkraFil announced a postage issue of the Transdnistrian Republic preparing for edition "25 years of foundation of the national natural park Yagorlyk". The few more than four months later there is the first part of the trilogy about variety of an animal flora in TMR and only one of the natural security guard.

On July 20, 2013 is introduced into circulation a first issue of Transnistria "the Reserve Yagorlyk" - a set of 4 values and Block devoted to the winged inhabitants of the wildlife area. The issue represents the following bird species: owl, kite, swan, stork and duck.
The stamps are printed in 4 mini sheets of 6 sets with decorating margins and in collective sheetlet of 2 sets.

The Transnistrian post acted again of digital postage face values as the rigid opponent. The mailers so accustomed to work with alphabetic face values which it is at present already published 18 and from which they easily put a mosaic of the necessary post tariffs that outright opposed emergence of "figure". The main argument against digital face values is that since the beginning of the next year in Transnistria is planned the traditional tariff increase. In this regard the post officials are afraid of the large remains in a warehouse of unrealized stamps. However, it will be already another story altogether.

On July 24, 2013 the Estonia post plans to issue a postage value devoted to the Lutheran church in the Estonian city Võru constructed in the XVIII century in Honor of the great Russian Empress Ekaterina II. The postage issue is printed in sheet of 25 values.

Võru city was founded in 1784 by order of Catherine the Great. In 1788 its citizens addressed to the Russian Empress with a request to construct a Lutheran church. The request was approved and Catherine II personally gave 28 000 silver rubles on church construction. The part of money was also offered by volunteers. The blessing of church was carried out on July 24, 1793. The church was called in honor of the Empress.

On July 16, 2013 the Republic of Kazakhstan post introduced into circulation a postage block of 3 values and label "Kazakhstan Sportsmen - Winners of the Olympic Games". On stamps in block are presented the gold medallists of Olympic Games. On label and the block margins are represented the views of Atlanta, Parthenon, the Great Wall and the Gold Olympic awards.

The history of the Russian literature totals nearly one thousand years and is one of the most ancient in Europe. It arose in the second half X centuries together with emergence of Christianity, church and writing in Russia.
On July 26, 2013 the post of Ukraine will introduce into circulation a postage block dated for the 900 anniversary of writing by Nestor the historical chronicle "Story of Temporary Years". On stamp in block is presented Nestor-chronicler working, on block margins are represented the events and the characters described in the story.

"The story of temporary years" is the most ancient Russian chronicle written at the beginning of the XII century by the monk of the Kyiv Pechersk monastery by Nestor. The main events of the Story are external and internal wars, the foundation of temples and monasteries, life and death of princes and metropolitans. Work is known on several editions and lists with insignificant deviations in the texts, which brought by copyists. The annalistic arches are entitled by the following words "It is the Story of Temporary Years, From Where is the Russian Land Who the First Started Reigning in Kiev  and From Where the Russian Land Became".

On July 12, 2013 the Latvian post introduced into circulation a postage value devoted to the 150 anniversary of the first stamp edition in the territory of Latvia. The presentation of posage issue and the First Day cancellation took place on Riga post office "Sakta". On stamp are represented the Castle Csesis (the historical name Wenden) ruins where the Latvia's first stamp was published. And also an image of the postman in uniform and is submitted the letter which has passed mail with the pasted first stamp.

On July 2, 2013 the enterprise of post service "Kazpochta" introduced into circulation a postage set of 2 values devoted to the 50 anniversary of the first female space flight of cosmonaut V. Tereshkova.
The second flight of the woman in space took place only in 1982, the whole 19 years later. Opportunity to appear in an orbit and to leave in an outer space dropped out to the Soviet female cosmonaut Svetlana Savitskaya. And only in 1983 went to space the American Sallie Rayd.

The issue is printed in 2 mini sheets of 6 sets and in collective sheetlet of 3 sets.

Valentina Tereshkova made the space flight on June 16, 1963 in the ship "Vostok-6". It was the sixth and last spaceship from the series “Vostok”. The Tereshkova’s ship start from Cosmodrome Baikonur took place not from "Gagarin platform" but from the duplicating. V. Tereshkova carried out in space two days 22 hours 40 minutes and 48 seconds. During this time "Vostok-6" made 48 rounds round the Earth, having passed distance of 1 million 971 thousand km and having risen by height of 231,1 km. V. Tereshkova all this time was practically in a motionless condition and almost ate nothing.

On July 13, 2013 the Kyrgyzstan post and the company "Kyrgyzmarkasy" held presentation of a postage block of 4 values "The World Forum on Rescue of a Snow Leopard on Earth". The issue is dated for carrying out the World forum on preservation of a snow leopard who will take place on September 13 the current year in Bishkek. The purpose of the Forum is fixing at the international level the idea of preservation and a sustainable development of the mountain ecosystems which symbol is the snow leopard.
