08.31.2012 Kyrgyzstan. The flying hussars Squadron
The France Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte remembered the
Borodino fight so: «From all my battles the most awful that I gave near Moscow.
Frenchmen proved to be in it worthy to win a victory, and Russian is to be
called as invincible».
Beginning of the XIX century Kyrgyzstan wasn't a part of the
Russian Empire in south, but was a part of the Kokand khanate. Especially is
unexpected the mention of the Kyrgyzstan post of the events 1812 about Patriotic war of Russia against
the Napoleonic France. On August 25, 2012 the state enterprise of post service
of "Kyrgyzmarkasy" made the memorable postage issue devoted to the
200 anniversary of Russian army victory in war 1812. Information on postage
issue is placed on “UkraFil” website in news from August 15, 2012.
The printing of stamps was ordered in "Publishing house
"Belarusian House Printing" in Minsk. Initially the issue was planned
as mini sheet of 6 values and 3 labels. However, shortly before start in
production the project was revised. It was not pleasant to customers that
perforation cuts right margin on 3 parts, breaking thereby art perception of a
post miniature, as integral work. The perforation machine was reconstructed so
that perforation didn't leave on the right margin. As result instead of sheetlet
mostly block, than sheet turned out. There is also imperforated issue of 250
blocks intended for advanced collectors.
For carrying out the First Day cancelation the "Kyrgyzmarkasy"
guide took care of the edition of a special artly cover of big format on which
the block freely takes place. In day of issue were made some tens First Day
covers with perforated block and less than ten envelopes of the First Day with the
imperforated.
"This day will an eternal monument of courage and excellent
bravery of the Russian soldiers where all infantry, the cavalry and artillery
fought desperately. The desire of everyone was to die on the spot and not to
concede to the enemy", – such assessment to Russian troops was given by Field
marshal M.I. Kutuzov.
