In an anticipation of large profits the post officials already started rubbing pensively hands as the comedy began to reach them, exactly the tragic element of situations. In the capital the sale of issue were estimated in units of pieces. In regions the block didn't buy at all. The philatelists was pushed away not only edition inflated price, its art execution, the ugly holographic label pasted on the block back but also persistence of the sellers who in eager rivalry were praising highly the next example of bad taste and nonsense.

To realize at least an insignificant shred of circulation, to return part of the means spent for the edition, and to report to the administration about a successful conclusion of the "football" project, the "Ukrposhta's" officials accepted cynical but the tested decision: to force own employees "voluntary" to redeem unnecessary philatelic production at free market price. In post offices on all large cities of Ukraine was made the order - 10 blocks on post office with a secret ban to return not sold copies. And without that unpampered high salaries ordinary workers of communication, being afraid of possible repressions with the subsequent dismissal, are compelled to assign part of the salary to "Ukrposhta's" primitive, arrogant and lazy managers.
