George Beregovoy (1921 - 1995) - the space pilot of the USSR, twice the Hero of Soviet Union (unique who is awarded the first star of the Hero for the Great Patriotic War, and the second - for flight in space).

In 1978 thanks to the reference in Donetsk regional court of the deputy of the Supreme body of the USSR of G.Beregovoy previous convictions have been removed from Victor Yanukovych. There is a question: if not George Beregovoy's intervention in destiny of the current President of Ukraine, really it never would remember, how about the outstanding person in the history of the Ukrainian state - national pride of the people of Ukraine?
