In October 2010 Republic Turkmenistan marks 15 Anniversary of acceptance of the Declaration on the state Neutrality. Thereupon Turkmen mail has prepared grandiose issue. By means of signs on post payment it is planned to show all structures of the United Nations - the international organization at which session in 1995 Turkmenistan has made the Statement for the neutral state status.
The post issue will display all modern international structures: UNESCO (images of Monuments of history and architecture of Turkmenistan), UNICEF (the happy childhood in Turkmenia), UPU (mail and philately of Turkmenistan), the World Organization on Tourism (Caspian sea and sailing fleet), ICAO (civil aircraft and transport).
