The Last week of summer the quantity of viewings of pages of a site of UkraFil visitors from Ukraine, republics of the former USSR and the far abroad countries has sharply increased. On the statistics noted by counters of visiting, for the last 5 summer days was some thousand viewings are carried out.
On September, 1st, 2010 became for a site of UkraFil to the most visited from the moment of its creation: for days there were 1265 viewings of pages 78 by unique users the Internet. For a resource which only begins the work in a world web it is a quite good starting indicator.

The art council at the state entreprise "Marka" has defined the 2 best works for participation in the competition ending on creation of the stamp devoted to the second person of Earth touched Stars German Titov. 

The winner recognizes the project of the designer O.Ivanova which is embodied as a sign of post payment. A stamp is printed in mini sheet with decorating fields and will arrive in the post reference on September, 10th, 2010 in all territory of the Russian Federation.

August 11th 2010. The Ukrainian state enterprise of post service "Ukrposhta" has made next, the fifth under the account, issue «Photostamp» - a sign on post payment of written correspondence within Ukraine of weight until 20 grams. Face value of stamp - a Latin letter "V" which conditionally corresponds to cost in 1.50 grivnas. All would be extremely simple and clear, if not one feature: the stamp is sale not at a face-value, and is many times more expensive - 10.50 grivnas. As includes cost of additional service - drawing on the branded coupon of the image at will of the buyer. The price of such service - a 7-fold face-value of stamp - to discussion isn't subject, is obligatory for payment and to refuse service at stamp purchase it is impossible!

This stamp is the eighth. The previous issues «Photostamps» have been made by the same principle: stamp cost, several times exceeds the nominal, and obligatory payment of service without dependence from how much it is claimed by the consumer. Whether there is still somewhere in the world the state enterprise working with such profitability? And it can a theme for public prosecutor's investigation?
For 4 years «Photostamps» hundreds consumers and collectors have been deceived. Imposing far-fetched service of the printing of images in exclusively inflated price enterprise "Ukrposhta" has plundered consumers of post production on many ten millions grivnas. A wide field of activity for the Ukrainian Society of protection of the rights of consumers and an occasion to investigation by Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine.

Beginning of 2010 the art council at the state entreprise "Marka" has defined the works for participation in the competition ending on creation of the postage Block devoted to the 150 anniversary of Russian painter Isaak Ilyich Levitan. 

The 3 projects of known Russian artists participated in the competition ending. The decision of the art council by style and maintenance the most successful recognizes the work of the designer O.Ivanov. It was offered to him to finish the work and make a little changes in it.
