In January 2010 the Russian publishing centre "Mark" had been declared competition on creation of the postage Block by cycle «The World cultural heritage of Russia», devoted to the Pherapont monastery. From the presented projects the jury of competition has chosen some sketches for the further consideration.

The most successful under the maintenance and decorating had been recognised work of artist A.Moskovets - the block with figured cutting down.

After modification taking into account remarks of judges the project of the post block has taken the following form. The block is printed jet and will issue in territory of Russia on August, 2nd 2010.

Turkmenistan is not too generous on post issues. From 1992 when the first signs on post payment have been issued, and till this year probable more than 50 names of stamps and blocks. Most "fruitful" has stood out 1993 when almost ten various post names has been issued. To most "droughty" is 1995 there was no stamp.
However, on 2010 Turkmenistan has planned at once some post issues.
1. By May, 9th - to a Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War mail of Turkmenistan has planned issue of the post block. The limited issue of imperforated block is possible.
2. In the end of May or the beginning of June issue of 4 stamps and the block of 4 stamps, devoted to start of the trans-Asiatic gas pipeline Turkmenistan - Uzbekistan - China is planned.
3. In the middle of the year there should be thematic series of the stamps printed in little sheets, following plots: "Flora", "Dogs", "Falcons" etc.
